Palmawatch announced as official supplier of Sea Vision lights in Mallorca

Palma-based yacht service specialists Palmawatch, has announced a new agreement to be the official supplier and installer of the Sea Vision underwater lights range in the Balearic Islands.

Palmawatch has already supplied and fitted their first Sea Vision system on an Oyster 655 yacht, which they completed from order to full installation, in just four days.

The system featured the Sea Vision SV20 HID 50 watt sealed underwater units, which provide a strong warm light with low energy consumption for economical use. These particular lights from the extensive Sea Vision product range come in LED or HID (Xenon.) Xenon lights offer the advantages of excellent luminance, with long life (3000 hours) and the lamps are easily replaceable with the boat still in the water.

Underwater Lights USA was founded in 2000 to promote the use of an underwater light designed specifically for the marine industry. Up until this time, the only underwater lights available were used in swimming pools and such lights were not capable of meeting the demands of the marine environment.

Backed by offices in the USA and Europe, their global distribution network of supply and installation partners is now fully supported in the prominent yachting region of the Balearics by Palmawatch.

Palmawatch has also recently launched a new mobile app which compliments their existing website and delivers all the relevant details about their services to owners and captains on the move via their mobile devices.
