Perini Navi releases in-build photos of Project C2239

Italian yard Perini Navi has unveiled new in-build photos and details of its 60-metre (197-foot) sailing superyacht Project C2239, which is currently under construction in Viareggio.

C2239 is the fourth hull in a series that has also spawned Perseus 3, Seahawk and Seven, and is due to launch in 2019.

The ketch has naval architecture by Ron Holland Design and Perini Navi’s in-house team contributed exteriors. She will have an 11.4-metre beam, 491GT of interior space and a maximum draught of 4.3 metres.

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests split between five cabins, including a master suite, two doubles and two twins, while the crew quarters allow for up to nine staff.

Auxiliary power will come from a pair of MTU diesel engines for a top speed of 15.5 knots. Further details are scarce, with the interior designer currently undisclosed.

Other projects currently under development at the Italian yard include the 25m Eco Tender.
