Moore Stephens Crew Benefits Limited (MSCB) has again been revealed as the executive sponsor of this year’s fifth annual Dovaston Crew Show in Palma, Spain (starting April 27th).
This is the third consecutive year that MSCB has executive sponsored the event. The company specialises in financial advice, products and services for superyacht crew.
A record turnout is expected for this year’s Dovaston Crew Show. The event, specifically for Superyacht crew, is now firmly established in the superyacht calendar as a chance for crew and businesses to network in what the organisers describe as “a relaxed party atmosphere.”
The show will be held at the fashionable Mood Beach Club in Portals.
MSCB is sponsoring the event after returning from the Antibes Yacht Show, earlier this month, where it appeared alongside a number of high-profile superyacht brands including Yachting Pages.
“Despite the weather the Antibes Yacht Show was a success and we had a really good response there,” said Melanie Langley, senior sales manager of MSCB. “There’s a team of three of us at the Dovaston Crew Show and we’re looking forward to meeting new crew.”
More than 30 business stands, demonstrations and competitions are expected to take part. The event will feature the famous yearly Hog Roast and music entertainment from UK singer Nicky Stixx.
MSCB and its affiliates will be present to sign post bank accounts, foreign exchange and currency transfers, medical insurance, mortgages and other crucial financial issues for superyacht crew.
Its stand will be opposite the show’s main bar, similar to last year. MSCB will also sponsor the satellite bar which will offer both wine and beer.
“The crew show is very crew focused, a perfect place for MSCB as a personal one-stop shop to point yacht crew in the right direction. MSCB are unique in their situation, something not widely understood by most providers,” said Melanie.
