Rossinavi announces new 52m superyacht project Florentia

Italian shipyard Rossinavi has announced it has signed a 52m superyacht named Florentia.

Giorgio and Stefano Vafiadis have designed the vessel, code-named FR039 by the Italian shipyard, and Carlo Colombo and A++ Design Studio, from Lugano, are behind the interior detailing.

The brief of the project was to create a motor yacht that combined elegance and beauty, inspired by forms of nature and technology. According to the yard, ‘the soft lines of the architecture moulds with precious materials to create a unique and refined boat.

Federico Rossi, chief operating officer of Rossinavi, commented, “With Florentia we are back finally to build a boat over 52m with more than 500GT. Florentia is positioned in a market niche for people who appreciate yachts with balanced lines and a great attitude to traditional boating.”

Due for delivery in 2020, Florentia will be able to travel with 12 crew members at a cruising speed of 13.5 knots.
