Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show to feature planes, helicopters and automobiles

It has been announced that this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) will not only include boats and yachts, but also helicopters, seaplanes and prestige cars.

Johan Hasser, general manager of the boat show commented, “It’s exciting to diversify and complement the boat show offering with high-end cars, helicopters and planes. This year, there will be more innovation and high-tech products on show than ever before, bringing visitors a vast showcase of all aspects of the boating lifestyle, many of them launching at the Show.”

Along with the launch of the Maserati Trofeo, the limited edition Maserati GranTurismo MC Sportline,  SCIBS will host some of the world’s leading brands of private aircraft, aiming to connect with the high-net worth visitors at the 27th annual edition of the Show.

Hawker Pacific will be showcasing an impressive Bell 407GX helicopter. As the exclusive representative of Bell Helicopter, Beechcraft and Diamond Aircraft in the region, Hawker Pacific will be aiming to demonstrate their expertise as one of the leading aircraft sales and support companies in the Asia Pacific.

According to Jones, the Bell 407GX helicopter is renowned for its performance, reliability, speed and manoeuvrability, with a cabin configurable for an array of missions and payloads.

He continued, “This aircraft has a spacious club cabin, seats up to six passengers is industry-leading, has a fully- integrated Garmin G1000 avionics as standard and provides a very quiet, smooth ride in virtually all weather conditions. We look forward to showcasing the Bell 407GX to attendees at the Show.”

Hawker Pacific’s booth will be located on the “Deck on the Docks” (DK12) at The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

Also at SCIBS, Cirrus Aircraft will be promoting its all-composite SR20, SR22, 22T propeller planes and the Vision SF50 Jet. While none of the aircraft will be on-site, the Cirrus experts will be on hand to outline their model benefits and how potential clients can get into flying their own aircraft. Also, with each aircraft sold, Cirrus will also provide free of charge, training and certification for owners to obtain their pilots licence.

Running 21^st to 24^th May 2015, the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show attracts more than 40,000 visitors to a spectacular showcase of more than 500 boats and 1000’s of marine products across four days.
