Seatec (Sea Technology & Design) set for early February

Now in its 13th year, Seatec (Sea Technology & Design) is the international trade fair for anyone involved in components, mechanics, engines and propulsion systems, electronics, raw materials and finished products, design and engineering for ships, boats and yachts.

Held from 4th to 6th February  2015, Seatec is an event not to be missed for professionals who want to find the best of what companies in the marine and shipbuilding industries offer.

 Held in Marina di Carrara in the CarraraFiere exhibition centre, halfway between Livorno and Genoa, the proximity to production areas that represent excellence in the construction of superyachts makes Seatec the ideal setting for a specialised exhibition This area includes the districts of Viareggio and Pisa, where the most prestigious shipyards in the world are located and the leaders in the production of large boats.

Seatec takes place alongside the seventh edition of Compotec, the international exhibition for composites and related technologies, which is the only trade event in Italy dedicated to this sector. The market has grown significantly in recent years in various areas of application, thanks to the development of new technologies and the excellent mechanical properties of composites in relation to weight, durability and versatility.
