Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences kick off Christmas in the Mexican Caribbean

Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences, has announced Dec. 1, 2013 for its annual Sunset Boat Parade which has become a tradition in celebrating the start of the Christmas season in the Mexican Caribbean.

The parade will feature ornately decorated boats and yachts, leaving from the Sunset Admiral Yacht Club & Marina, traveling through Laguna Nichupté and  arriving to Malecón Tajamar for viewing by locals and visitors alike.  It will end at the Sunset Admiral Yacht Club and Marina, where the evening will continue with live music, delicious foods and dancing. 

A contest will be held to select the top three best decorated boats. The Isla Shopping Village in Cancun's Zona Hotelera will also be hosting festivities to celebrate the Sunset Boat Parade.  Other local companies supporting the event this year include Bubba Gump Restaurant, Margaritaville Restaurant, the Outback Restaurant, Dolphin Discovery and many more.

Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences has partnered with the Mexican Caribbean Public Relations Association, Fonatur and the Cancun Office of Visitors and Conventions to create this festive multi-color event and celebration of Christmas in the Mexican Caribbean.
