In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Venetian studio Team For Design has released renderings of its latest superyacht concept T42, ahead of her build at Rossinavi’s Viareggio shipyard.
Measuring in at 42.67m, the yacht will be built with a sporty aluminium hull and off-white superstructure with silver metallic details.
In a statement, the studio said, “The yacht has a purposely sleek profile and is designed to have a dynamic look, making her seem in movement with her proportioned volumes and elegantly timeless lines.”
On board there is accommodation for up to ten guests across five cabins, including a main-deck owner’s cabin, which, alongside the main saloon, has fold-out balconies that allow it to be opened up to the elements.
On deck there is a seating area on the foredeck, which at 20sqm can be laid out in a variety of different configurations, with the option to fit a spa pool. Al fresco dining is offered on the 14m-long upper deck underneath a large hardtop shade, with a food lift and dual staircase access offering discreet service by the crew.
Team For Design has paid particular attention to the on-deck lighting design, with LED bars built into the aft-deck superstructure, and indirect lighting around the beach club for maximum impact when moored in marinas around the world.
At this stage her engine installation is undisclosed, but it is known that her hull has been designed to achieve a maximum speed of 22 knots.
According to Team For Design, the T42 could be built within 24 months of the contract being signed.
