Turkish shipyard Mayra Yachts launches largest model to date

Mayra Yachts has announced that its largest vessel to date, 50m displacement superyacht, Euphoria, has left the shipyard, due to launch in two weeks time.

Weighing 395 tonnes, Euphoria has been in-build since 2013. However, news that she is to debut at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show was only announced a few months ago by Mayra Yachts. Following this news, the shipyard then revealed that she had now left its facility in Antalya, Turkey.

Her exterior was designed by Ken Freivokh, and features an aluminium superstructure on top of a steel hull. On board, she has a four deck layout which includes a full-beam master suite on the main deck, and four guest cabins below deck. There are also four crew cabins on the lower deck, and captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.

Standout features include a spa pool on the sky deck, a sky lounge, two floating staircases and four zero-speed stabilisers. Euphoria is powered by two CAT C32 engines, with a top speed of 16.5 knots, and a cruising range of 4,500 nm at a speed of 12 knots.

Euphoria will be presented through Fraser Yachts at Monaco Yacht Show in September, with an asking price of €22,500,000.
