Van der Vliet announces superyacht berths for sale across the Mediterranean

Dutch brokerage firm, Van der Vliet Quality Yachts, has announced that it is representing an exclusive superyacht berth for sale in the prestigious Puerto Banús Marina in Marbella, Spain, on behalf of a client.

Considered to be one of the more elite harbours of the Costa del Sol, Puerto José Banús regularly welcomes the luxury yachts and superyachts of the rich and famous to its waters. Surrounded by Andalucian-style properties, trendy boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, the marina is, according to the broker, the ideal mooring spot to enjoy the nightlife and amenities that Puerto Banús and Marbella have to offer.

Located at the head of Quay 2, berth 111 to 119 is currently in use as one berth alongside, with maximum dimensions of 26.85m by 8m. With a listing price of €1,850,000 plus transaction costs, the lease runs until 31/12/2067.

Berth number C336 has maximum dimensions of 26m by 7.5m, and is advertised at a cost of €500,000 plus taxes. The berth has annual service costs of approximately €9,990 plus 22% VAT.

Finally, Van der Vliet Quality Yachts is representing the sale of a yacht berth of 28m by 7m within the full service Club Nautic Vilanova marina in Barcelona, Spain. Protected from the ocean waves, this yacht berth is 28m by 7m in size. It is listing for sale at €240,000 plus taxes and requires annual service costs of approximately €1,000 and a monthly rent of €1,250.
