Veritais Ltd, a leading consultancy and supplier of audio-visual, security and control systems for luxury yachts, will be exhibiting and presenting at METS a number of products that are ‘setting current trends’, including a ultra-high definition 4K TV, powerful speaker solutions and the latest Kaleidescape movie store server.
A solution that will may turn heads this year will be the lighting solutions from EcoLED, who will be partnering with Veritais at METS to present its answer to saving significant energy and maintenance time, through the use of a universal LED which fits to existing bezels, saving vast amounts of time when LED lights need to be replaced.
The case study of a 77m Lurssen superyacht illustrates these benefits where 890 lights, including deck lighting and cabin systems, are being changed from 50 watts to 4-watt halogen bulbs, without the need to change the bezel. At the same time, 88 litres of diesel per hour are being saved in the two generators that power these lights.
Amongst the benefits of less power, fumes and vibration, the lamps give off less heat so that interior air conditioning can be reduced as well.
Veritais will also demonstrate their expertise in providing incredible sound and visual quality in on-board cinema rooms through advanced output systems, while on the stand for the first time will be the latest in IP security cameras from Lilin, featuring discreetly designed 4K high definition output.
