WhisperPower USA’s new product range

WhisperPower USA has announced the introduction of a new two-cylinder 10kW variable-speed marine genverter for the U.S. market.  The full range of WhisperPower power generation and management systems were shown at the 2012 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) last week.

The WhisperPower variable-speed DC genverters are based on intelligent, permanent magnet flywheel integrated alternator technology, using an ultra-compact water-cooled diesel genset inside a sound shield. Variable voltage and frequency can be fed into the DC Power Cube, which automatically converts the raw input into stable DC power.

Other WhisperPower products showcased at IBEX included its DC and AC Power Cubes, handy chargers, DC/DC converter and absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries.
