Yachting Pages has put several of the leading safety cases (and other associated products) to the test. The objective: to ascertain how each product performs and determine which one is best equipped to safely contain a lithium battery-induced fire.
German yacht lettering specialists Wunderlicht - Massive Light Systems has today announced their new steel surfaces for use in their illuminated yacht letterings, offering clients even more colours and qualities for their superyachts’ sign.
Wunderlicht expects the newest materials to meet customers' wishes. These high glossy polished letterings will accentuate their owner’s personality in three new colours: dusky pink, anthracite and near black, replacing the current copper and bronze. The popular gold colour will still be available, as well as the uncoated natural steel surface.
These steels are not only equipped with a new colour surface but will come with a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) finishing that makes them of even higher quality. PVD finishings are commonly used in tool and machine manufacturing to preserve the tools' surfaces for a longer time. Now, this effect is also used on Wunderlicht's letterings for a prolonged life-span.
The new coloured steel will be available from today and as an introductory offer, all enquires will be simulated free of charge. The simulations are created as full screen and switch-able PDF documents, with lights on and lights off, allowing the client to view what the new lettering will look like.
