Satellite communication company YachtSat has announced it is bringing its business to the heart of the Caribbean with the opening of a new office on the island of Saint Martin.
The Fort Lauderdale-based company’s new 1000-square-foot warehouse and office is located in Colebay. It will use the facilities to stock various antenna spare parts from a host of manufacturers, as well as new and used TVRO and VSAT antenna systems. This will allow same day repairs and/or next day new antenna installations.
YachtSat will also be able to travel to the surrounding Caribbean islands – St Barth, Nevis, St Kitts and Antigua – as a result of its new location.
In a release, YachtSat founders Craig Stolarz and Benjamin Fierstone, said, “St Martin is a prime location in the Caribbean to offer a wide range of high-quality services.”
The company has also appointed a new executive sales manager, who resides in Saint Martin and provides VIP treatment to any incoming requests.
YachtSat is dedicated to providing a fast response and reliable solutions for all connectivity issues encountered aboard superyachts. It will be expanding to an office in the Mediterranean in 2019 to enhance its international coverage.
