Good fun
Katie’s sessions give me an opportunity to get fit, increase my core muscle strength and feel great about myself. They are good fun too. I look forward to every session.

Blood pumping
Boot camp and circuit training have been a real workout for getting the blood pumping and metabolism working once again for me. After many years of not being able to do simple everyday things such as running, squats and lifting, it has given me a great boost to believe I can get there again, even if at a slower pace than the rest of the pack! I’m not made to feel out of place for not being as fit as the others.

A 'kick ass' attitude
Quite simply the best investment I have ever made in myself and one which has an amazingly positive effect. The training sessions are always varied and, accompanied by Katie’s ‘kick ass’ attitude, the results have far exceeded my expectations

Thank you for your services to me and my crew. We work on a very physical vessel and need to keep our fitness levels up whilst working on the yacht in boat yard periods. Most shipyards provide gyms and trainers for the crew and I thank you (Katie) for bringing Palma out of the dark ages and providing that facility here.

Really enjoying the exercise
Katie pushes you through a range of exercises and mentors you through a healthy diet, keeping you accountable. I have lost weight, improved my fitness levels substantially and I am really enjoying the exercise.

She can change your life!
Katie is one of those people who makes you want to do better because she gives you the motivation and courage to push the barriers. When you think you can't do any more she pushes you to reach your full potential and realise that you can do it! She can change your life if you let her in.
