Beyond Excellence
I hired the luxury SeaDream yacht for a special, family party around the Mediterranean last September. I flew in acts from around the world to perform and hired Limited Edition to manage the event and specifically the sound, lighting and production. They insisted on several site visits even before accepting the work. By the time they had won the mandate, they knew the ship's technical capabilities better than the staff onboard. With that in mind, they knew not to overdo the sound or lighting and suggested less in order to achieve more. Their attention to detail was astonishing and their quest for perfection is admirable. Their staff are delightful. Some stayed onboard to ensure everything went smoothly. I have no idea if they ran into problems at any point, all I received was a seamless, bespoke service by an unflappable team. You really sense this is a family owned business. For a few days last summer, they became part of our family. Not sure if that's a good thing for them! Highly recommended.
