A look at the Multiflap gangway from Multiplex

The multiflap, a modern gangway system used for boarding superyachts, designed by Multiplex, has led the company to be one of the market leaders in the field.

The multiflap was the first product from Multiplex and they have revealed that it has been modified more than 18 times in its history. They have built more than 1000 multiflaps in different variations before the current multiflap that is available today.

According to Multiplex “It is one of the easiest ways to set foot on a yacht.”

It features a sporty and elegant designs and its lightweight design means it is easy to set up, so one person can mount and demount the gangway without any problems.

The multiflap can be stowed away in special bags, custom made for each one (optional). The flap is completely made of carbon fibre, so is resistant to any corrosion, saltwater and harsh weather conditions. The multiflap can be ordered in different lengths and widths, foldable or non foldable and with 2 types of railing.
