GAC Superyacht Services, one of the world’s largest marine service and logistics providers, has announced a new addition to the team with the appointment of Amanda Naylor as superyacht services executive.
Amanda joins a growing team based in Southampton, UK, headed by Murray Bishop and supported by colleagues at GAC offices around the world. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked in a variety of roles within the superyacht sector; most recently as yacht manager for Edminston Yacht Management in Monaco where she was based for four years.
Murray Bishop, superyacht services manager at GAC Superyacht Services commented, “The areas that Amanda will be looking after will be within the broad spectrum of services that GAC can offer the superyacht industry, including port agency, canal transit, crew travel and crew training services.
“These are areas that Amanda was dealing with as a yacht manager in the past, and we hope that she will be able to bring that experience and those contacts to boost our exposure within these areas of the superyacht market.”
Together, Amanda, Murray and their colleague, Mimi Maniati act as a single point of contact and coordination for the needs of superyachts calling at ports worldwide.
