Haute Yacht Wear, the custom marine uniform specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has launched its 2015 Haute Design Competition, offering crew members the opportunity to design their own crew uniform.
This exciting competition will see crew members from around the world offered the opportunity to create a uniform that is fit for purpose aboard a superyacht, which will then be endorsed by fellow crew members in a bid to find a winner later this year.
The winner of the 2015 Haute Design Competition will see their design effort added to the Haute Yacht Wear uniform range, and will walk away with a prize of their choice up to $400 in value.
Jessica Castle, founder of Haute Yacht Wear said, “Here is your chance to produce the uniforms that you have been dreaming about. We want you to take an active role in shaping our designs so that they are relevant, practical and up to date with your ever-changing needs.”
The competition is open to all current yacht crew until 31st July 2015. Following this deadline, the team at Haute will narrow down the entries to the best 15 pieces, which will be posted to the Haute website where fellow crew will then vote for their favourite designs.
The overall winner of the 2015 Haute Design Competition will be announced online on 5th November 2015.
