Limassol Marina announces completion of final Island Villas

Limassol Marina has announced that the last of its luxury Island Villas have been completed, meaning 20 more properties are available for purchase. According to the marina, most of the elite homes situated at Cyprus’ first superyacht marina have already been sold, with 40% of the final properties released already occupied or reserved.

Offering their own exclusive water-space or mooring for yachts of up to 60m, the villas provide private waterside living for occupants. With secure surroundings and high-class facilities, the homes are situated a short distance from the city centre and are located next to the marina’s beach. The villas also have dining, shopping, fitness, leisure and cultural facilities positioned nearby.
