Numarine reports strong success at FLIBS 2016 following two large sales

Numarine, a Turkish motoryacht shipyard based in Istanbul, has announced the sale of hull #2 of Numarine 24XP and hull #7 of Numarine 60FLY during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2016. 

According to a Numarine press release, the Numarine 24XP Series, together with 40XP and 32XP (hull #1 currently under construction), is the new line of Explorer series models that will encompass Numarine’s ‘attention to detail, radical looks, unsurpassed performance and uncompromising luxury’, which it claims are attributes at the heart of the company mantra.

Designer Can Yalman headed up the design for the series of yacht, which boasts Numarine’s ‘signature striking lines and head-turning looks’. She’s said to have been designed with the capability of her bigger sisters in mind, but at a size where the yacht is able to berth where larger vessels are unable to.

The sale of hull #7 of the 60FLY series on the very first day of Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2016, contributed to the firm’s overall success at the show. Umberto Tagliavini was responsible for the naval architecture of the series, and this newly sold yacht will be delivered to an American owner.
