Delivered in 2012 as the fifth model in Sanlorenzo’s SD122 series, Souraya was designed by Francesco Paszkowski, and according to the brand, the range is “inspired by the great transatlantic liners of the 1930’s, with the ability to experience life at sea without constraints and with long self-sufficiency.”
With twin 1,670hp Caterpillar diesel engines, Souraya’s cruising speed reaches 11 knots, with a further top speed of 17 knots.
Souraya’s interior includes eucalyptus wood used for the floors and furnishings, with a lounge area in the main deck saloon and bar, as well as a formal dining area forward of the deck which is able to seat up to 10 guests.
She is able to accommodate 10 guests across five cabins, with a master suite on the main deck, as well as a VIP suite, followed by a double and two twins. Each cabin has a marble en-suite bathroom. There are also quarters for seven crew.
On the upper deck, there is a sky lounge with ample seating, and table and chairs for al fresco entertaining on the aft upper deck. Her sun deck then features a bar, barbecue and custom hard top.
