Solent Refit is selling classic 58m motor yacht Lady K II

Solent Refit, the superyacht refit facility on the south coast of England, is offering the opportunity to purchase the classic 58m motor yacht Lady K II (ex-Princess Tanya). This 58m custom built classic motor yacht is for sale as a turnkey project by Solent Refit after her current owner was unable to to finish the project.

She is being completely refitted by Solent Refit as a ready-to-go yacht whether for private use or charter.

Allan Foot, managing director of Solent Refit said, “She represents a great value proposition for the discerning owner. Her classic lines, versatile layout and stylish interior make her the perfect luxury yacht.”

The project affords the new owner complete input during the interior design and refit with the team of craftsmen at Solent Refit and a dedicated project manager throughout.

Lady K II, formerly Lisboa II and Princess Tanya, was built in 1961 by Austin & Pickersgill in England for one of the most famous shipping tycoons according to Solent Refit. She has accommodation for a total of 18 in nine staterooms.

The full-width master suite on the upper deck has a study, dressing room, separate shower room and spa pool bathroom. There is a twin guest suite on the upper deck with an en-suite bathroom as well as four opulent, light and spacious staterooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main deck; all with large picture windows and a further three en-suite staterooms on the lower deck.

The main saloon, with an integrated bar and dining area, spans the full width of the yacht and there is an additional bar and dining area in the upper deck saloon.
