The 32m sailing yacht is the fourth yacht in the SW102 series, the first of which was launched in 2012. This series has recently celebrated the success of 31.78m S/Y Farfalla, after receiving an award at the World Superyacht Awards 2015 for the ‘Quality and Value’ of the project.
Much like her sister yacht, Seawave features a raised saloon configuration and Southern Wind are hoping the same success.
With naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design, the semi-custom vessel boasts an added studio room and windows all around her hull creating brightened rooms and enabling the owner and guests to view panoramic scenery. The interior, designed by Nauta Yachts, is made up of horizontal open grain teak panelling and ivory-linen-lined bulkheads.
Seawave is due to leave Cape Town at the end of July, and will begin her maiden voyage to the Mediterranean. She is expected to make her world debut at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show in September.
