Veritais, a leading supplier of audio-visual systems for the luxury yachting industry, has announced another win at the annual Control4 Marine Awards, where it collected its third consecutive Control4 Marina Install Award.
Presented by Control4 at ISE Amsterdam last week, Veritais received the award, which recognised its ambitious upgrade project carried out aboard the Lurssen-built motor yacht, Titania.
Throughout the refit installation, which was carried out in Marseilles over a period of sever months, Titania received a completely new level of audio-visual system, fully controllable by Control4 touch screens in every cabin. These control everything from TV and movies to lighting, blinds, air conditioning and CCTV. A Control4-manufacturered main controller also manages the whole system.
David Milner of Veritais said, “Receiving this award for the third year in a row is a great achievement for us. Control4 are recognised as one of the world’s great providers of personalised automation and control solutions, and their products are ideal for our superyacht customers.”
David continued, “This is one of most far reaching AV specifications with Control4 that we have ever designed.”
Throughtout the refit, there were up to eight Veritais personelle working on the yacht at any one time.
